These Terms of Use govern your use of elivexlabs.com and any related pages we operate (the "Site"), owned by Elivex Home LLC, d/b/a Elivex Labs ("Elivex," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

Paid services are governed separately by our Client Terms of Service, which control if there is any conflict.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and you must have authority to agree to these terms for any business you represent.

The Site describes our services and shares general information and resources. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Site content is provided for general information only — it is not legal, financial, or other professional advice, and browsing the Site does not create a client relationship with us. A client relationship is created only through an accepted Order under our Client Terms of Service.

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data by automated means (standard search-engine indexing excepted); probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass Site security; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; upload malicious code; or copy, resell, or republish Site content except as allowed below.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, page designs, downloadable resources, and code — are owned by Elivex or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site and use its content for evaluating and working with our services. "Elivex Labs" and our logos are our marks; don't use them without written permission.

If you send ideas, feedback, or suggestions about our services, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you. Don't send us anything confidential through the Site.

The Site may offer live demos, including AI chat or demo phone/text lines. Demo interactions may be recorded and transcribed so we can operate and improve the demos. Demos are illustrations, not commitments about how a production system will perform. Do not share sensitive personal information in a demo.

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and tools (scheduling, forms, payment pages, analytics). We don't control them, linking is not endorsement, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elivex is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for all claims relating to the Site is capped at $100. Claims relating to paid services are governed by the Client Terms of Service.

You will indemnify Elivex against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms of Use.

Florida law governs these Terms of Use, and exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.

We may update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect is acceptance.
