Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Elivex Home LLC, d/b/a Elivex Labs ("Elivex," "we," "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit elivexlabs.com (the "Site"), contact us, try our demos, or do business with us.

One important scope note: when we build and operate websites, AI receptionists, or CRM automations for a client, we handle that client's customer data on the client's behalf as a service provider under our Client Terms of Service. If you are a customer of one of our clients, that client's privacy policy governs — contact the business you interacted with.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, business name, and the details you share when you fill out a form, email us, text us, call us, book a consultation, or become a client. If you become a client, we also collect billing details; card payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not see or store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically. This site does not use marketing or advertising analytics, and we do not set advertising cookies. This site is served through Cloudflare, which automatically runs standard bot-detection and security checks (including collecting basic browser/device signals) to protect the Site from automated abuse. This is a security function of our hosting provider, not a marketing analytics tool.

Demo interactions. If you call or text our AI demo lines or use a chat demo, those interactions (including recordings and transcripts) are collected so we can operate and improve the demos.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries and provide our services; run consultations and demos; send invoices and process payments; send service updates and, with your consent or as otherwise permitted, marketing messages you can opt out of at any time; operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We share personal information only with: service providers who help us operate (hosting and infrastructure, payment processing via Stripe, email and scheduling tools, telephony/SMS and AI platforms used for demos, analytics, and our CRM); professional advisors (e.g., accountants, attorneys) when needed; authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and a successor in the event of a business sale or reorganization, in which case this policy continues to apply.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only third parties that receive your mobile number are the messaging providers that deliver the texts on our behalf (currently Twilio), and they may use it solely to deliver those messages. We do not sell mobile phone numbers.

Elivex Labs SMS Alerts. If you use our workflow automation service, you can opt in to automated text alerts that tell you when an item in your own inbox needs a response. You opt in yourself at elivexlabs.com/sms-consent by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box — we never add a number on your behalf. These are account notifications only; we do not send marketing or promotional messages to a number enrolled in this program. Message frequency varies with your account activity, and message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and getting help. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out ends the alerts and does not affect your service in any other way. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

What we keep as the record of consent. When you opt in, we record your mobile number in a standardized format, the date and time, the exact wording of the consent statement shown to you, the version of the page you saw, and the IP address and browser user agent of the submission. We keep that record for as long as you are enrolled and for a period afterward, so we can demonstrate that consent was given if it is ever questioned. We separately record any STOP request we receive so that our own systems stop sending even before a carrier-level block takes effect.

Other texts. If you give us your mobile number in another context — a contact form, an email, or a conversation — you consent to texts from us about that inquiry or your services. The same STOP and HELP instructions apply.

5. Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the Site. We do not currently use a cookie consent banner because we do not use non-essential cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, for the life of a client relationship plus the period needed for tax, accounting, and legal requirements — and then delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link and marketing texts by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@elivexlabs.com; we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live, subject to legal retention requirements. Depending on your state or country, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

9. Children

The Site and our services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Where we operate

We are based in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the U.S.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the Site or by email to active clients.
